A small town like Thabachweu (Lydenburg) will not under normal circumstances be able to support a quadriplegic home. A lot of research has been done, developed with associated products per business plan; the home will not only be viable, approximately 100 new jobs will be created. In short a home has to be build with no financial strain, on either the community, or the Government and still be appealing. The home will be funded by a host of projects to be developed on site and they are:
· Agri Economic Farming
· The Art School
· Dairy herd producing milk for the manufacture of the most unique South African chocolate
· The Pedi Hospitality village
· The cultural centre
· The shopping centre
· The hotel and recreation facilities
From a planning point of view we have the best local architects, engineers and quantity surveyors preparing the way. The new home boasts of its own constitution resolving as a multi racial organization to work on improving life for the quadriplegic community.
